Rental Options
Plan
ahead and reserve your time at the beach today!
Note 1: All rental periods begin and end on Saturdays. Check in is
after 3 p.m., and check out is before 11 a.m.
Note 2: Current year renters always retain the right to book the same
stay in the following year. For example, if you stayed June 25 through
July 9, 2005, you would have first choice on June 24 through July 8,
2006. However, such pre-emptive reservations only become non-cancelable
after sixty days before the beginning of the Spring & Summer season, the
Fall Season, or the winter season. To illustrate, using the noted two
week 2006 planned stay, if someone we to book the entire Spring & Summer
season BEFORE February 1, 2006, then the pre-emptive reservation would
have to be cancelled. Likewise, weeks and months reserved for the Fall
become non-cancelable on or about July 10 each year, and months reserved
in the Winter season become non-cancelable on or about November 1 each
year.
Note 3: Linens are NOT furnished; please remember to bring yours.
This means you should bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, and
wash cloths. You must also supply your own paper goods, bath and cleaning
supplies.
Note 4: No pets allowed in the unit. Also, no pets are allowed
anywhere on Mexico Beach.
Note 5: Cleaning and/or damage deposits may be required depending
upon length of stay.

Utilities and other charges
Telephone service: We want your vacation here to be stress free, so we
have provided a telephone for your use. If you’re here for a week, try to
keep the long distance to less than 300 minutes. Each local call incurs a
small charge, which we will cover. Be reasonable with the telephone, and
we’ll be able to offer this convenience for all future renters at no
additional cost. Remember you’re on vacation!
Air
conditioning and heat: We want you to feel like you’re in your home away
from home, but on vacation from your utilities bill. We cover your
utilities. Please observe reasonable set points, and make your self
comfortable. If you have all of the windows open, please do not run the
system. Be comfortable. Be cozy. Not a problem. Utilities are
expensive to provide, but we want to keep them included to minimize extra
charges and worry before and while visiting. If you’re going to be gone
the whole day, turn the A/C up or off in the summer and heat down or off
in the winter. Makes sense, right?
Water: Water is expensive in Mexico Beach. Please use this resource
recognizing its value and preciousness. No charge for water and
sewer.
Cable
television: It’s included, too. We hope you’ll agree that television
can’t compete with what’s right outside your window! |
